Please don't hesitate to reach out. Julia believes finances and insurance challenges should not automatically prevent someone from accessing therapy.
Depending on your situation, we may be able to explore options such as single case agreements, out-of-network reimbursement through superbills, or self-pay services.
Therapy sessions are available in person, virtually, or through a combination of both, depending on your needs and preferences
In-person sessions are held at 48 E. Silver Street, Suite 6, Westfield, MA.
Virtual (telehealth) sessions are available to clients who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of their appointment, regardless of where they live.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 45–53 minutes in length, depending on your clinical needs and treatment goals.
The frequency of sessions varies from person to person. Most clients attend therapy on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. Together, we will determine a schedule that best supports your needs, goals, and stage of treatment.
JG Therapeutic Practice uses Sessions Health, a secure electronic health record (EHR) system, for billing and payments.

No. JG Therapeutic Practice provides individual therapy only and does not offer ongoing couples or family therapy services.
In some situations, a family member, partner, or support person may be invited to participate in a session when it is clinically appropriate and beneficial to the client's treatment goals. These sessions are intended to support the individual client's therapy and are not considered couples or family therapy.
Absolutely.
Elli is periodically present at the practice and is typically available upon request. However, therapy is your space and your time. If you would prefer that Elli not be present during your session, simply let Julia know and accommodations will be made.
Your comfort is important, and there is never any expectation that Elli be part of your therapy experience.
Getting started is simple. Contact JG Therapeutic Practice by phone, email, or through the website. If it appears we may be a good fit, you will receive access to the client portal to complete intake paperwork and schedule your first appointment.
Julia's style is direct, supportive, and reflective. She believes therapy works best when there is honesty, collaboration, and a willingness to explore both strengths and challenges. While therapy can be difficult at times, the goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
